We've designed Icyan yoga to be a simple, effective blend of
non-purist Hatha (Iyengar) and  "Light"Ashtanga (Power) style classes taught in a multi-level format with pilates, flow, dance & fun thrown in!
 
 Icyan yoga  is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. We teach traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body. Our yoga does not adhere to any particular philosophy, religion or type of meditation. There are no chanting, Sanskrit words, or religious connotations used. (Unless, of course, we are "moved by the moment"!!!)
 
Our classes combine deep breathing, stretching, strength & balance, cardiovascular exercise and a meditation/cool down session.
Most of all, Icyan yoga is creative & challenging...come move with us!
 
Chris has developed several "sport-specific" yoga programs including "Yoga for Golfers", "Yoga for Horseback Riders", "Yoga for Skiers" and "Yoga for Travelers" among others. Please contact her here, for info on how to bring any of these programs to your facility.

What IS Zumba? It's a latin-based form of cardio dance that combines an incredible work-out with the fun of dancing. Ya just can't fight the feelin'! 
"The hour went by and I wasn't sure if I'd worked out or been to a party!"...
